1.1 Team Composition
The DevSecOps team at Bonton Softwares is responsible for infrastructure management, security, deployment operations, and enterprise system administration.
Team Structure
The DevSecOps team consists of:
• DevSecOps Engineers (Primary and Secondary roles per project)
• Infrastructure Specialists
• Security Compliance Officers
• System Administrators
Contact Hierarchy
For each project, two DevSecOps engineers are assigned:
1. Primary Contact - First point of contact for all project-related DevSecOps requests
2. Secondary Contact - Backup contact when primary is unavailable
Contact Protocol
All internal teams (Development, Testing, Business Analysts) must follow this contact model:
1. Check the project contact list to identify your Primary and Secondary DevSecOps contacts
2. For routine requests, contact the Primary DevSecOps engineer first
3. If Primary is unavailable or unresponsive within 4 business hours, escalate to Secondary
4. For urgent issues, contact both Primary and Secondary simultaneously
5. ALL communications must CC devsecops@bontonsoftwares.in for tracking and documentation
Communication Requirements
• All requests must be submitted via email to devsecops@bontonsoftwares.in
• Subject line must include: [Project Name] - [Request Type] - [Priority]
• Include detailed description, expected outcomes, and deadlines
• For deployment requests, use the standard deployment request template (see Appendix)
• Emergency requests: Use subject prefix [URGENT] and contact both Primary and Secondary
Response Time Commitments
• Standard requests: Response within 8 business hours
• Urgent requests: Response within 2 business hours
• Emergency/Production issues: Immediate response (within 30 minutes during business hours)
• After-hours emergencies: Contact on-call engineer via documented escalation path
